Inclusive and queer-led wedding ceremonies, all about what makes you swoon with joy

Two brides, both showing off many tattoos and holding hands. One looks happily shocked, the other has her back to the viewer. Holden So, their celebrant, is standing to one side reading from their ceremony folder.
Two brides, one a Black woman in a white cape, and one a white woman in a puffy pink dress, standing holding floral bouquets. Holden So, their celebrant, reads from their ceremony folder.
Holden So, an East Asian nonbinary celebrant with short black hair, smiling and looking down at their ceremony folder. They are dressed in a white shirt with a scalloped collar and cuffs, and a pink jacket.
A bride in a khaki suit stands looking joyfully into the distance as she waits for her bride to walk over to her. She is white. Holden So waits with her, with an equally joyful expression. They are surrounded by pastel flowers.

Hi, I’m Holden, your giddy & gay celebrant!

I’m a queer, nonbinary wedding celebrant and my pronouns are they/them. I’m based in Southwest London but happy to travel anywhere!

I craft and officiate wedding & elopement ceremonies for people who want to celebrate their love in ways that are genuine reflections of who they are.

I especially love working with LGBTQ+ nearly-weds to create truly authentic and safe spaces for their joy. Let’s forget outdated traditions and find new and imaginative ways of tying the knot!

I’m also a published novelist – I’ve written love stories that have been shortlisted for multiple awards, so you know you can trust me with yours.

The Giddy & Gay agenda

No, you don’t have to be LGBTQ+ to work with me, but you do have to support the Giddy & Gay agenda! What’s the Giddy & Gay agenda, you ask? Well, how does the following sound?

  • Making sure your wedding ceremony is inclusive of you and your guests

  • Daring to be different, to question traditions and throw them out the window if they don’t suit you

  • Focusing on what makes you happy on your big day

  • Having a fun, unique ceremony that is filled with your personality and affirms who you are

If that sounds like you, welcome aboard the Giddy & Gay agenda! I can’t wait to work with you to create your one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony!

“Holden didn’t just write a ceremony—they crafted a moment that felt deeply personal, heartfelt, and full of light. The way they told our story in their own beautiful voice was moving, authentic, and unforgettable.”
